TitleChk is a Quoqo product for organising and analysing property evidence. These terms describe the self-serve AI service for completed resale apartments in Bengaluru.

What a check provides

A check opens one property workspace, with up to 20 documents / 200 pages, three AI review versions, 100 property chat questions and PDF exports. Unused checks have no scheduled expiry. Saved records remain accessible when your check balance is zero. Do not reuse a property workspace for a different transaction or property.

Evidence assistance

The service does not authenticate documents, search government registries automatically, certify title, guarantee legal accuracy or provide an advocate’s signed opinion. Extraction and AI output can contain errors. Use the original sources and obtain advice from a qualified lawyer before making a transaction decision. Missing evidence and unperformed searches remain unresolved.

Your account and documents

You must be authorised to upload and process the documents you supply. Keep your email account and sign-in links secure. Do not upload illegal content, impersonate others, attempt cross-account access or bypass usage controls. Payment does not grant reviewer or administrator privileges.

Payments and support

Checkout displays the full INR amount before payment. Razorpay processes payment details. A check balance is credited after the server confirms captured payment. Contact us about failed processing, billing discrepancies or account closure. Refunds and reversed payments can reduce unused checks and pause further processing; existing evidence is preserved while a billing issue is resolved.

Service limits or prices may change for future purchases. Purchased checks retain the included allowance stated at purchase. Contact chetan@quoqo.one for help.
