Cancellations & refunds

TitleChk uses one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

For an unused check, duplicate payment or a service failure, contact chetan@quoqo.one with your payment reference and account email. Do not email card details or property documents. We review the request and confirm the resolution and any refund amount before processing it through the original payment method.

A check is used when you create a property workspace. Failed AI attempts do not consume the included successful-review allowance. If processing cannot be completed, contact us for a retry, replacement check or refund review. We do not charge an additional fee merely because the analysis finds missing evidence or title concerns.

Refund completion depends on Razorpay and your payment provider. Reversed payments reduce the associated check balance and may pause additional processing while preserving your saved evidence.
